Senate rejects Coburn amendment, passes AGOA fabric provisions

The Senate a few minutes ago rejected the Sen. Coburn amendment which sought to remove the AGOA third country fabric provisions from S.3326. By rejecting the amendment, the original Bill was passed by consent. A short while earlier, the equivalent legislation was passed by the House of Representatives.
